If you do not see any results, try changing the 1 Start Date, and pressing 2 REFRESH

How can I update my account info?

You can reset you password from the login screen by clicking on "Forgot Your Password?".

Where can I upload my tax exempt form?

You can upload your tax-exempt form only during registration. If you need to submit the form after registering or provide an updated version, please email it as an attachment to orders@theperfumery.com.

Where can I find my tracking number?

First go to My Account > Order History

Next, if needed, change the Start Date and End Date, then click REFRESH. Once you have found the invoice/order you are looking for, click the invoice number.

You will find the carrier and tracking number — if applicable — on the top left of the invoice. If the tracking number is blue, you can click to go to the carriers tracking page.

What is a clean fragrance?

The Perfumery’s clean fragrance products are luxurious creations that are free of unsafe ingredients and created using sustainably sourced essential oils, absolutes, CO2 extracts, and safe-synthetic aroma molecules.

Are The Perfumery’s clean fragrance products 100% natural?

No, they are not 100% natural. While our clean fragrances contain a wide variety of essential oils, to bring out the desired complexity of fine fragrances we give our formulation chemists a full palette of clean ingredients, materials, and molecules that includes synthetics.

What are the unsafe ingredients that are not used in The Perfumery’s clean fragrance products?

The Perfumery clean fragrance products are free of Phthalates, Parabens, Sulfates, Animal ingredients, Nitro Musks, Dyes, and other unnecessary additives.

Are The Perfumery’s clean fragrance products IFRA compliant?

Yes, all products are created to be compliant with IFRA standards.

What applications can The Perfumery’s clean fragrance products be used in?

The options are limitless. They can be used in anything from a fine personal fragrance to candles. We will tailor these products to your needs and provide a product that can be used in the desired application. Applications: fine personal fragrance, home fragrance (tailored to needed delivery mechanism), candle making, soaps, etc.
