Two oils are produced from Coriandrum sativum; Coriander, which comes from the plant's seeds, and Cilantro, which comes from the plant's fresh leaves. This particular Coriander oil originates on Russia, and has a higher linalool content than the USA chemotype. Typically, Russian Coriander oil has a floral, herbaceous aroma with slightly harsher notes and is more herbal than fruity.
