Black Pepper CO2 Select has a very characteristic, spicy, herbal, and earthy aroma. Compared to the oil, which has very little color, Black Pepper CO2 has a nice yellow-brown hue. This exciting alternative to regular Black Pepper oil is often used as a cosmetic, flavor and fragrance agent. In most formulations, a smaller amount can achieve the same aromatic strength as the oil.
